When Shura was first released, I was deeply inspired by its atmosphere and emotional depth. The word “Shura”—meaning Asura or demon—was described by N-buna as a feeling buried deep within one’s heart. Interpreting this, I designed a character whose sorrowful face serves as a mask that conceals the shadow of their true self, set against a theatrical stage that symbolizes the drama of life.
